We maintain a large database of individuals looking for work which includes details of work history, career aspirations and practicalities such as salary expectations, working hours and geographical limitations. We then call forward candidates from this database for appropriate opportunities.

Our registration process is very thorough and includes: skills testing; a full biographical interview; checks for proof of eligibility to work, work history and qualifications; a minimum of 2 employment/education references; and for some vacancies competency based interviews and/or personality profiling.

Once registered with us we work hard to create interview opportunities for suitable positions, and can support you with interview research and preparation.
